Extended Stay Lodging and Furnished Temporary Housing in Tucson

Interim Suites has been providing furnished temporary housing in Tucson for over 10 years.

We are proud members of the online Better Business Bureau, as well as the Tucson Better Business Bureau. We have a close partnership with the Tucson Convention and Visitors Bureau. We are excited that you have chosen to put your trust in us, and thank you for your business. We are privileged to house our friends serving with the Border Patrol or stationed here at Davis Monthan. We also welcome our visitors from Canada, Europe and Mexico, and we are thrilled that you are here. Meeting and getting to know you is always our treat. At Interim Suites we want you to share our excitement about living in Tucson, even if it is only for a short time. We love our city, our attractions and our weather! It’s all about being outside with friends and family and we want you to enjoy all that Southern Arizona has to offer.

Interim Suites Unit Amenities

Our apartments are furnished with everything we can think of to make your stay comfortable. All of our furnished temporary housing units in Tucson have full kitchens with everything from wine glasses, serving pieces, coffee makers, dishwashers and microwaves. There is outside seating on your patio or balcony. We offer at least one TV with extended cable. In some units there is also a TV in each bedroom and a DVD player. Local phone comes in each unit, as does washer/dryer. All your furniture, towels and sheets are provided. We have a vacuum, mop and broom in your utility closet. We have high speed internet in all of our Veranda and Pinnacle Canyon units. We try to think of things you might forget as well, so we provide swim towels and blow dryers. All water/ sewer is included as well as electricity up to one hundred dollars per month.

Interim Suites Property Amenities

All of our communities have at least one pool, and most are heated all year round. Some have multiple pools, and many properties offer a heated outside spa. All of the communities also have fitness rooms, and some have tennis courts. All are close to golf and hiking. You will also find assigned covered parking and security gates. We scour the city to find “A” properties that we, ourselves, would also love to stay in.

Please be advised that we need to know if you are bringing a pet. There are breed restrictions as well as additional deposits involved. Not all of our condos allow your fuzzy family member.
