• Q. What are the rents for a one bedroom, and what does the rent include?
• A. One-bedroom apartments, townhomes and condominiums with one bath start at $1,975.00. This rate includes the rent, furniture, necessary appliances, washer, dryer, linens, house wares, local telephone, expanded cable TV and all utilities.
• Q. Do all apartments have a balcony or patio?
• A. Yes, all our units have access to the wonderful desert air via a sliding glass door.
• Q. What amenities are available in the communities?
• A. All complexes have a main building housing and a work-out facility. They all have at least one pool. Some apartments also have access to a spa and tennis courts. Golf is always close by.
• Q. Is there a washer and dryer in the apartment?
• A. Yes, along with an iron and ironing board.
• Q. Is a parking space included with the apartment at no charge?
• A. Yes, one covered assigned space is included in the apartment rent. More, non-assigned, general parking is also available.
• Q. Are additional phone lives and DSL available?
• A. Yes, additional lines and high speed internet are available at an additional cost.
• Q. Are pets allowed?
• A. We do have pet friendly apartments available. Check with the Guest Services Department to see if your pet will be invited to join the apartment community. An additional pet deposit is due at the time of your Suite booking.
• Q. Are the Interim Suites serviced?
• A. All of our apartments have the option to receive maid service at an additional fee.
• Q. Is smoking allowed?
• A. All of our housing is smoke free.
